   The receipt of your registration form will be acknowlegded by email. You will be notified of the
   acceptance of your talk soon after the registration deadline. Because of the limited number of slots for
   talks, it is advisable to register early.


  Application for travel support: (please note the deadline for applying for travel support has passed and the available funds have been allocated)


   Currently, we have a limited number of partial travel grants available for either PhD students or for    
   participants to the NewCompStar working group meeting, or for nuclear astrophysicists (through JINA-CEE,
   with preference for participants from JINA-CEE institutes).

   If you need such support, please include in the
registration email one of the following lines:
  •    I reside in one of the countries participating in NewCompStar and I wish to apply for a partial grant to cover the cost of my participation to the working group meeting.
   OR
  •    I am a PhD student in Europe and I wish to apply for a partial travel grant.
OR
  •    I am active in nuclear astrophysics and wish to apply for a full a partial travel grant by JINA-CEE.


   Please note that due to the limited amount of available partial travel grants, we can respond to your
   application only after all participants have registered.


  Registration fee


   The registration fee for the workshop is 120 euros and covers the cost of coffee breaks, the official
   dinner, materials, the lease of the conference room and equipement and other related costs.

   After your registration, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the various possible methods for
   paying the registration fee (bank transfer, on-site etc.). Official receipts will be issued that can be used for
   reimbursement.
