Registration process
Registrations to the conference are handled
directly
by
the Organizing Secretariat (PCO CONVIN S.A.).
Registration steps:

Navigate to the electronic registration form and create a new user account using a valid e-mail address |

Login to your account and provide the required contact details following the instructions on the webpage |

Read carefully the registration terms and conditions and indicate your agreement by ticking the corresponding box |
4 |
Choose your registration type (including any accompanying persons and optional participation to the conference tour) |
5 |
If accommodation is required you may book (depending upon availability) within the provided hotel options |
6 | Choose payment method (credit card/bank transfer)
and follow the instructions on how to complete payment |
A confirmation e-mail, indicating a summary of the selected services,
will
be sent directly after logging out from the registration page.
Individuals requiring an invitation letter (e.g. for issuing a Visa) or a
certificate
of
attendance should fill in the
relevant fields in the form.
The registration data and service options may be modified by logging
in
again to your account and making the appropriate changes.
